University of Gloucestershire - Staff Records Online
This service provides online access, for current members of staff, to the HR system (maintained by the Human Resources Department). It enables you to view and/or change some of the personal information held on our integrated HR and Payroll system, including personal details, home address and emergency contact information.

To access Staff Records Online you will need:

  • your network username (eg S2123456)
  • your network password

New Look and Feel for Staff Records
We have now implemented an update to the look and feel of Staff Records Online. All the functions and fields remain the same, but please be aware that some links (e.g. to guidance documents and other web pages) and may have moved elsewhere on the page.
